Thank you for shopping with Elle The Label! We currently offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time. Please read the following details carefully to understand our shipping process.
Shipping Charge and Time
The total delivery time includes both handling time and transit time.
Handling Time:

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) (AEST) will be processed the next business day.
Please note that all products undergo a production process, which contributes to the handling time.

We strive to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately and work to minimize any inconvenience.
Shipping Method
We use Australia Post and New Zealand Post as our primary shipping providers. All orders are processed at our facility before being transferred to the respective shipping provider for final delivery.
Tracking
We provide tracking for all orders so you can monitor your package's journey until it reaches you.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship the package.
Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@ellethelabel.com with your order number and photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). Our team will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ellethelabel.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our Refund Policy.
