30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase must be provided. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process
Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer support team at support@ellethelabel.com
 to request return approval and instructions. Please include your order number, name on the order, and shipping address.

Returns are processed via our fulfillment warehouse in China. The return address is publicly available as follows:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Untracked returns that go missing cannot be refunded.

Refund & Store Credit Options
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, you may choose either a refund to the original payment method or store credit issued as a digital gift card. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: opened or used products, gift cards, and store credit purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@ellethelabel.com
 within 7 days of delivery and include your order details and clear photos showing the issue. We will assess the case and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies after delivery.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
